Tricia Sadler

Hi, I am Tricia. I have a professional background includes over 20 years of experience in various managerial positions and as a business owner before embarking into the world of counseling. I began working with women experiencing challenges ranging from incarceration, crisis pregnancy, and addiction. As I completed my education, I worked with adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling in 2013 from Trinity College of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2018 from Asbury Theological Seminary. My desire is to empower you to overcome life’s challenges to enjoy the freedom found in God’s promises. I believe in building on your strengths and promoting self-awareness. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and group therapy to encourage personal growth and freedom.

I am trained in multiple counseling models including, but not limited to Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Co-Occurring Disorders and Addictions, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Christian Counseling.

My Philosophy

I believe in the power of relationships and our need to connect with others. I believe people need to talk, laugh, be accepted and feel valued.

I would like to come along side you as you take charge of how you move into the future. This is your life! You are the only one that has the power and ability to make changes in it. I can support and guide you towards the positive changes you are seeking. Our counseling relationship is designed to create a safe environment that meets your challenges.
